Flippt does not collect, store or share any personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how Luetso LLC ("we", "us", "our") handles information in Flippt, a memory game for Apple iPhone and iPad (the "App").
Information We Collect
We do not collect any information from the App. Flippt has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not send data to us or to any third party. To work, the App saves a small amount of game data on your device only: Your top 10 scores (levels completed, time and date of each game); How many of each boost you have; Your sound setting and whether you have seen How to Play; The date you last received your free daily boosts; A record of completed purchases, so each purchase is delivered only once. This data never leaves your device, and we cannot see it.
How We Use Information
The game data saved on your device is used only by the App itself: to show your scores, keep count of your boosts, remember your settings and give you your free daily boosts. We do not use it for any other purpose.
In-App Purchases
Boost packs are sold through Apple's App Store, and Apple processes every payment. We never receive your name, email address, Apple Account or payment details. The App receives only a confirmation from Apple of which pack was bought, so it can add the boosts on your device. Apple's handling of your purchase is covered by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
The App contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. Because we collect no information, we have nothing to share, and we do not sell, rent or trade any data. The only outside service the App uses is Apple's App Store for purchases, described above.
Data Storage, Security, Retention and Deletion
Your game data is stored only on your device and is protected by your device's own security. It may be included in your device or iCloud backups, depending on your Apple settings. The data stays on your device until you delete the App. Deleting Flippt permanently removes all of its game data, including your scores and any unused boosts. Purchased boosts cannot be restored after the App is deleted, because they are stored only on your device.
Children's Privacy
Flippt is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Purchases on a child's device can be controlled with Apple's Family Sharing and Ask to Buy. Parents with questions can contact us at the address below.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to object to its processing. Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to access or delete. You remain in full control of the game data on your device, and you can remove it at any time by deleting the App.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if a future version of the App adds a new feature that uses data. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, before the change takes effect in the App.
